CHECK IN
Coach and all players must be present at check-in. The coach must present Spring Select Player Registration Forms and properly completed Spring Select game cards at the first check in.
Late-arriving players must first check in at the main tent along with a team representative and their player registration form before participating in their match.
RULES
All other Spring Select, AYSO & FIFA Rules apply, including, but not limited to, player identification, uniforms, coach's badges, substitutions, discipline (including cumulative cautions), interpretation of the Tournament Rules and Guidelines, and protests.
Invitations to the qualifying top placed teams will be extended to the Spring Select Tournament. The team (or their region, on behalf of the team) will be asked to a) provide a three person team of referees qualified for at least their own division and b) pay a $150 referee deposit. If these steps are not completed by the stated deadline, the team's invitation may be withdrawn and the next placed team may be invited to participate in the Spring Select Tournament.
The Spring Select Tournament Director (or his designees) will interpret FIFA, AYSO and Spring Select rules as necessary for the tournament. The decision of the Spring Select Tournament Director is final.
